Tiny lumps on my testicles?! PLEASE HELP!?

Ok I am 14 and a few months ago I noticed a tiny bump on my left testicle, I didn't really think it was anything to worry about, and then I found one on my right testicle, a few days ago. Should I ask my doctor about them? The are not visible from the outside but I can feel them if I search around. I am worried they may be the beginnings of testicle cancer or cists or something.
