Yes. It's actually better for you to eat less, in small intervals of time. It keeps you from overeating, and getting hungry again. If you are not hungry, that's okay. Just do not starve yourself, or else your body will go into starvation mode, and grab onto every piece of fat and calories, and you actually gain weight.
