Can someone give me a history of Coast to coast am such as it's beginnings and what not?

I discovered it a few months ago and listen to it sometimes and I am fascinated by a lot of the topics. I was just flipping through the radio one night and found it it's really cool just want to know more about it without using wikipedia.
